Video report on Celtic win over Killie

Martyn Corrigan's second half own goal gave Celtic the points to trim Rangers lead down to one point.

Celtic totally dominated the match with Artur Boruc barely used but some poor luck in front of goal kept the score down.

Scott McDonald, Scott Brown and substitute Derek Riordan all tested Allan Combe and the Killie goal during the first half but the game remained goal-less at the interval.

The goal had to come although it was from an unlikely source when Corrigan shot past his own keeper as he stretched to connect with a shot from Brown.

John Fallon's title message

Beating Kilmarnock, preferably beating them well, is essential tomorrow to kick-start some momentum in the race for three-in-a-row.

The big names are coming back, some new signings emerging and the stakes sky high with Rangers four points ahead... at the moment.

Former Celt John Fallon is looking for some style and a message of intent from Celtic tomorrow.

After a miserable December it's time to get things moving in January and get ourselves back on top to underline just who are Scotland's dominant force.

Koki Mizuno video action

New bhoy Koki Mizuno has a lot to live upto with most supporters expecting him to be Naka II.

Well, since Maciej Zuarwski and Artur Boruc are totally different it's unfair to expect Mizuno to be another Shunsuke Nakamura.

Rather than just surf around looking for second and third hand opinions I spoke to Koki Harada who has been watching Nakamura for three seasons for his thoughts on the other Koki, Koki Mizuno.

Included in the video is Mizuno, enjoy the VIDEO.

Heatwave strikes East Kilbride

Things are certainly heating up on the fixture front with another Rangers game falling victime to the em er 'elements'.

A month after pulling out of a tricky looking fixture away to FC Gretna to prepare for a 3-0 defeat at home to Lyon, Ibrox is waterlogged with the potential banana skin of a home clash with East Stirlingshire now postponed.

The re-scheduled match looks like taking place on Wednesday January 23 postponing the Celtic-Rangers game planned for that date.

Never mind, life goes on and there's a heatwave over East Kilbride as I type.
